cooking dae 7/15/2008 11:18:00 PM

todae lesson for our practical is optional.. so mostly of us went off ya.. hehe.. playing ds in the train with baobei till i alight.. haha.. fun fun fun..

reaching compasspoint around 4.. went to cold storage to buy groceries.. todae i shall be the chief.. keep eating outside till dunno wad to eat and home full of maggie mee.. eat till sian oso... since mummy went out to work, my daily dinner is either nv eat or eating outside or maggie mee... no more homedishes.. hahaha..

bought a fish, potato,veg,corn.. and some other food to store at home.. instead of mummy buying all this stuff i become the one.. hehe.. told mummy.. mummy laugh oso.. hahaha.. aft buying all the stuff faster went home.. coz soon its going to had a heavy pouring..

juz nice reaching home.. the heaving rain came.. phew.. lucky.. den went to unpack all the stuff one by one either putting them to the fridge or putting the stuff which cooking on the basin.. hehe.. aft unpacking, went to watch tv.. cox still early.. watch till around 6+ went to cook the dishes...

slaughter the fish clean the fish cut the fish.. after place onto the plate..adding tomato.. puting some ginger slice to lighten the fishy smell... adding some huadiaojiu(cooking wine), sesame oil, doubanjiang(yellowbean paste?.. not sure how to sae in english), no salt needed as the yellowbean paste taste salty le.. after arrange it properly.. is time to steam it.. haha.. steam for 15 min after the water is boil.. and tarla.. fish is done.. hahaha... yummy...

i cook soup too.. ABC soup.. hahaha.. dun wan to tell u all the steps.. hahaha.. mean while cook the rice too.. after everything is around 7... washup the wok and pan.. hehe.. i start my dinner first.. eating alone.. enjoying my food and teevee.. haha.. around 9+ daddy reach home and had his dinner... and mummy reach home around 10+...
